Following your footsteps
Well, it does kind of sound ironic, to follow one’s footsteps, but, I honestly believe one must!
Following someone else’s footsteps makes you loose your self – it is difficult to be you when you’re trying to be someone else.So make your mistakes, learn from them. Face the consequences, learn from them, or you’ll never appreciate the struggle.
I have always done what my heart desires, and I can say that I do not regret it. I moved for school, I moved for the job, I changed careers and my education, and every year I see myself maturing. Sure, some of the moves weren’t the smartest, but with those come experience and networking opportunities. I cannot say that I regret any, because I do not, and I hope that others. Try not to see experiences as negative, try to see the positive.
